With an educational background in Surgical Technology, Markeith worked in Northside hospitals, but his true passion ultimately led him to entrepreneurship and management, where he has excelled in leading teams and driving business growth. Having realized his potential in leadership, Markeith is now focused on branch management and is determined to open his own branch in Georgia. His goal is to build a thriving business that not only provides sustainable growth but also creates generational wealth for his family. He is committed to preserving his family’s property and land, ensuring it stays within the family for future generations. Looking ahead, Markeith plans to expand into the non-emergency transportation sector, bringing his entrepreneurial vision and management expertise to this growing industry. Cawayne Hall Jr. is a 26-year-old with a passion for reading and a vast knowledge of fun facts about almost anything. Before diving into entrepreneurship, he worked as a sous chef and earned his license as a notary. His career shift began when he noticed that many of the world’s most successful people thrived in marketing and sales. Recognizing the potential for financial independence, he sought to create a path that would allow him to work smarter, not harder, and avoid spending his entire life in a traditional 9-to-5. As one of six siblings, Cawayne values family deeply and dreams of creating a life of freedom, where he can provide for his loved ones without financial stress. His ultimate goal is to build a family compound where he, his family, and future generations can thrive together. Along with this, he aims to use the skills and income from his current business ventures to invest in property flipping, creating both long-term wealth and opportunities for others. Devin grew up in Northeast Philadelphia and attended four different high schools across Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, including Kiski Area High School in Pittsburgh. His natural inclination to serve others made it a fitting decision to enlist in the U.S. Army after high school, where he gained valuable life experience and had the opportunity to travel the world. During his time in the military, Devin also became a father, which further shaped his personal and professional journey. With a background in security and customer service, Devin is now focused on using his diverse skill set to pursue entrepreneurial ventures. He is determined to build something meaningful for himself and his family. In the short term, Devin is working toward purchasing the house he grew up in, a goal that reflects his desire to reconnect with his roots. Additionally, he is exploring his creative side by learning to play multiple musical instruments, with the piano as his current focus. Ali Bailey’s journey has been shaped by his passion for arts, music, and creativity, which he initially expressed through working at a tattoo and barbershop while holding a cosmetology license. Now, after a month with the team, Todd has significantly improved his communication skills, punctuality, and overall mindset. As an Account Manager, Todd is excited about the future, with the goal of opening his own branch, achieving financial freedom, and one day focusing on his passion for video editing and animation.
